History and The Activity of The Firm SC Malta SRL

S.C. MALTA SRL was founded in 20.11.2003, with a private equity of 2,000 lei and is registered in the Trade Register under no. J 11/1234/2003, unique record: RO 17444539. The main object of the company is "specific to production and marketing of bakery products”.

In the first two years of operation, the company sold products purchased from other bakery near the city, but in 2006 managed to open their own bakery and produce and sell own products.

Thus from 2006 until 2007 the company received a profit of 300,000 lei from selling products to other stores in town and in villages near the town of Codlea and in 2007 opened a shop near the bakery, with the most fresh products.

The bakery has 10 employees, of which 6 bakers, 2 sellers and 2 cleaning ladies who clean the bakery and the shop.

In the future the company S.C. MALTA Ltd. wants to open two stores, one in the city Ghimbav and another one in the village of Vulcan.

We believe that this business has real chance of success because there is a growing demand for products and services that we offer, and the geographical position provides a range of supply for raw materials.

The company achieved sales and through private companies. The distribution business sale is made on the basis of firm orders and contracts.

The supplying of the other stores (or own) is made using the machines for bread, in the endowment. If a few years ago they corresponded perfectly to the needs of distribution, it is desirable to use smaller cars, with a low consumption of fuel.

The stores receive, manage and sell products. The documents drawn up in stores are given to the financial accounting office, and the cash collected is taught daily in cash, and it can be used on the following day the goals set by society.

In Codlea, outside the bakery Malta there isn’t another bakery, but many stores are still supplying form bakeries from Brasov.

In the last years, competition in bakery products has increased rapidly. Because of very short cycle of manufacture of such products and relatively stable demand, private entrepreneurs have preferred to invest in the field, so there are many bakeries in Brasov city.
