BARRIERS TO ENTRY AND EXIT FOR AREA OF ACTIVITY.

1.1 Barriers to entry

Romanian investors generally do not take into account all the market when developing its business in a particular industry. Attractiveness and potential for development are not sufficient to decide the investment in a market sector. It is normal for our company to take into account not only the barriers to entry but also output and bargaining power of suppliers.

An unstable market environment is a strong barrier to entry that involves the risk of investing. Our company special-themed clothing for different events wishes to enter the market by trying to unlock the high protective barriers such as firms already installed:

Barriers to entry:

- Lack of liquidity: difficulty in acquiring the necessary starting materials

activity (eg, cash register with scanner, alarm systems, video, fire alarm, etc.).

- Competition: competitors reputation are imposing high prices for which

directs customers to invest in an expensive suit and a renowned quality so they do not opt for our company offer special themed costumes at affordable prices. Rivalry is strong, big brands are often allied to maintain market "closed", sometimes reducing production costs to the request for certain promotional period to eliminate the new competitors have recovered the initial investment. So this does not lead us unable to enter the market with competitive products in terms of price.

- Legal regulations: the difficulty of obtaining permits due

overcrowding (ie: period during which prosecutors are on strike), that form the legal framework of rules imposed by the European Commission in Europe.

- Find people who specialize in the field: interior designer,

web designers, personnel, etc

- Fees to commence business: taxes, trade limitations imposed by the Board.

1.2. Exit barriers

- Difficulty selling assets used (used furniture, computers, cameras

video) to recover the remaining depreciated value;

- Time spent out of the record and the dissolution of society;

- The cost high enough to get out of this area of activity;

- Failure to liquidate the stock of goods remaining in storage.

2. Market Segmentation

2.1. Geographical segmentation

- The company is primarily addressed to people in north-eastern Romania, both

urban and rural district of Iasi.

2.2. Demographic Segmentation

a) Segmentation of age groups is an important criterion as the basis of the

different needs and preferences of consumers (children under 14 years in preference to other teenagers or adults up to 40 years), a fairly stable segment is 4-30 years.

b) Education
