1. INTRODUCTION

Information and, especially, economic information is now present in all fields of activity, being an indispensable element of progress. Realities of modern society shows us that with the development of the economy must develop also the economic information,because it can provide the necessary information in the process of decision-making, can accurately reflect the real financial, economic situation.

Valuing correctly the economic information can only be achieved in an economic information system, designed as a set of means and methods of obtaining, storing, and using information in a particular area of social and economic activity.

The main data source of economic information system is accounting. It has existed in all socio-economic environment as a result of production process, but the importance, the organization and tasks were different, depending on the particularities of the production and social goals each company.

The objective of the training was to familiarize with the business environment,to test my capacity of working and interacting in a business environment and to compare the knowledge gaind in those two years of study with the knowledge accumulated in the company.

2. THE PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY

The society first registered in 07 November 1991 has as main object of activity the production and distribution of meat products.The brand includes: „Festin Vanatoresc” specialized in venison meat, „Stenyon” specialized in beef, cow and pork meat and „Primo”.The enterprise runs its business on the domestic market.

The Stenyon products cover all the classical salami and sausages range and, since 2003, intuiting the developing potential of this market segment, the game products gamut has been launched, registering a sustained increase.

During the 17 years of activity on the autochthon market, Stenyon has constantly invested in the quality of the commercialized products as well as in the distributional network, which is presently covering all the important areas in the country, on one hand, through their own distributional network (which covers 15 counties) as well as through its presence on national level in IKA networks.

2004 - Ernest Maftei becomes the image of Stenyon - Game Products

2004 - Obtaining the HACCP and ISO 9001:2001certificates

2005 - The 1st Place at activity field of big companies in the County Classification - The National Classification of the Private Companies

2006 - Transferring the Retail Shops activity towards a new company

2006 - The 23rd place in Branch Classification

2007 - Opening the branch in Targoviste

2007 - Obtaining the ISO 22000 certification

2007 - Obtaining the sanitary-veterinary authorization for intra-community exchanges with food products of animal origin

2008 - Launching the Festin Vanatoresc (Hunter's Feast) brand

The Stenyon Com SRL company was founded in 1991, November 07, under the law 31/1990 on establishment of commercial companies being registered at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry with registration code RO 407080 and in the Trade Register under number J52/272/2001. The form of incorporation is the limited liability company, under the Article 2, letter "e" of the law 31/1990 on commercial companies.

The administrative headquarters of the company is locaded in Magurele town ,No 1 Atomistilor St, Ilfov county. The existance of the company is unlimited in time starting from the date of company’s registration in the Trade Register. The social capital of the company is 788 000 RON.

The production process to S.C. STENYON COM LLC, takes place in the factory „Mistretul”, located in the Magurele town, Ilfov.

The company provides to its clients venison, mutton, goat, beef and pork meat, at a high level of quality.
