After a long session of brainstorming, we found the perfect name for our company: DIAMOND EVENTS.
We consider that it is a representative one in the field where we develop our business.
Our main business activity is planning and organizing events, such as:
weddings
corporate events(conferences, receptions, cocktails)
anniversaries and parties
Professional background:
We have graduated the Faculty of Economic Sciences (specializations: International Relations and Accountancy) and the Faculty of Arts in Oradea. Our degrees are two MBAs and one MA. Each one of us has previous experience in organizing events. This experience was gained while working with other companies in this field.
The structure of the business:
The activity of our business is divided into several departments which are run by a manager. These departments are:
The Department of Accountancy: identifies, measures and communicates the economic information so that the manager can make economic judgments and take decisions based on it.
The Department of Event Organisation: deals with the activities that our trained staff carries out in order to achieve the perfect celebration of a special event.
The Department of Public Relations: makes sure that the company's image is well promoted and looks for potential clients with whom to conclude contracts.
