PRESENTATIONS
1)There are a few methods to prepare before giving a presentation,like the following:
-customize the outline-is the first thing to do, because how you organized your outline will mater to the final result;
-the usefulness of visual aids-because it is human nature to gravitate towards picture,photos or anything with color or visual appeal;
-another method is to practice your presentation in front of a willing audience, like family, friends, to develop confedence and receive feedback;
2)A good presenter shoul have the follow qualities:
-a gregarious personality;
-a confident manner;
-fantastic improvisation skills;
-capable of staying calm under pressure and able to react positively in a crisis
-an excellent communicator with a clear speaking voice;
-extremely well informed about current events
PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION
1)The qualities that good communicators have,are:
-he focuses on the person with whom he is speaking;
-he is positive and polite;
-he listens as much or more than he talks;
-he never caught up in his own rhetoric;
-he should posess enough information so as to clear any doubts arising in the minds of his listeners;
-a good communicator develops tehnical proficiency, which mean that he shoul be like a dictionary, a thesaurus or sinonim finder for anyone wishing to develop or maintain language skills.
2)The means of written and oral communication used within organizations are:
The types of oral communication commonly used within an organization include staff mettings, personal discussions, presentations, telephone discouse, and informal conversation.
Written business communication includes letters,( which must have a good appealing layout), memos (short means of written communication within an organization), reports, (which contains observations after lot of investigation), agenda,(which is a outline about all the contents of the meeting),e-mails, notes, proposals
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
1)E-business which mean electronic business,is using technology to improve the business processes E-business is being use in many activities as a tool, activities like the following:
-trading of goods or services online;
-use of the internet,intranets or extranets to conduct research and manage business activities;
-web site marketing;
-online communication;
-online trainingfor staff.
2)The advantages of e-business are:
-larger market of potential costumers on-line;
-able to bay twenty four hours a day;
-work from home, saves money of renting office/shop place
-it is quiker and easier communication;
-consolidate marketing capabilities;
-increased hours of operation(a web site provide information about existing and potential costumers twenty-four hours seven days;
-access to broader information trough research;
-reducing the cost of doing business by lowering transaction costs;
-increasing efficient methods for payment, such as using online banking and reducing stationery and postage costs;
The disadvantages of e-business are:
-there are some people who don’t think it is save to buy online therefore this market isn’t so enlargement .
-you may not receive what you believe you have purchased;
-things such as viruses could mean losing the site or affecting your costumers computers while on your website
3)E-commerce or electronic commerce consists of the buying or selling of products or services over electronic systems such as the internet and other computer networks.E-commerce is generally to be the sales aspect of e-business;it also consists of the exchange of data to facilitate and payment aspects of the business transactions
A wide variety of commerce is conducted in this way, spurring and drawing on innovations in electronic funds transfer, supply chain management, Internet marketing, online transaction processing, electronic data interchange (EDI), inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems

4)The difference between e-business and e-commerce
E-business and e-commerce are terms that are sometimes used interchangeably, and sometimes they are used to differentiate one vendor’s product from another.but the terms are different and that difference matters to today’s companies.
-E-commerce involves new business models and the potential to gain new revenue or lose some existing revenue to new competitors;
-E-business includes e-commerce but also covers internal processes such as production,inventory, management, product development,risks management , human resourses, finance, knowledge management;
-the risks of failure and the consequences from limited success are higher in an e-bussiness strategy than in an e-commerce strategy .
