Introduction

The process of value creation is of major importance in entrepreneurship (Alvarez & Barney, 2007). The extension of this statement to the level of social entrepreneurship has led to the emergence of a topic of interest for researchers and scientists in the field of management and entrepreneurship (Austin, et al., 2006), (S.T & Miller, 2008), (Peredo & Chrisman, 2006), but also for the business press, for enterprises (Bornstein, 2005) and political decision-makers (Korosec & Berman, 2006).

There is a wide variety of definitions related to social entrepreneurship, but there is no unanimity as to the terminology used. Thus, some definitions limit social entrepreneurship to nonprofit organizations, while others describe social entrepreneurship as enterprises coordinated by non-profit organizations. Others equate social entrepreneurship with philanthropy (Ostrander, 2007), while other researchers refer to wider definitions of social entrepreneurship in the position of individuals or organizations involved in entrepreneurial activities with a social objective. These major differences in terminology make it difficult to establish the legitimacy of the field (Short, et al., 2008).

Accord studies, made by Accenture and verified by EY in 2015, show that hotel sustainability and profitability are directly proportional and demonstrate that customer satisfaction is more closely correlated with ISO 14001 certification than with the latest renovation of the hotel.

"Plant for the Planet" was launched in 2009 in partnership with PUR Project and is one of the pilot projects that illustrates the AccorHotels commitment to sustainable development, part of PLANET 21's social responsibility platform. In just 6 years, the project has funded Planting over 4 million trees in 21 countries around the world, of which 1.5 million were planted in Romania in the forests and orchards of the Transylvanian schools. In Romania, the project is called "A forest for each school" and aims to address climate change issues and improve the natural landscape by preserving and expanding forests and redeveloping degraded areas, and sensitizing the population to the importance of environmental conservation by carrying out some educational activities and community involvement in planting trees.

P1. Devise project aims and objectives for a chosen scenario.

The world we live in is continually transforming from all points of view. We are moving fast towards an urban civilization with all its advantages and disadvantages. We benefit from a practical education, opportunities for success in life, just as we face issues such as violence, aggression against peers and the environment. That is why we want to learn how to treat the environment and teach others how to respect and protect the environment.

We sadly see how many of our fellow men do not follow the basic rules of behavior in society, preferring to throw away garbage or invade the small islands of greenery that still play the "lung" role of our increasingly polluted city. Urban civilization offers increased comfort, but it is endangering our health, with increasing pollution. Aware of this, the representatives of AccorHotels convinced the teachers and pupils of the Petru Rareş Botoşani School Group from Romania to assume responsibility for educating the community they are part of in order to understand the environment, the objective appreciation of events, places, people and lifestyles. And we are perfectly adapted to the modern world. Our concerns change from year to year. So do the perceptions. We are evolving at the same time as technological progress. Maybe you did not want to see what's around you. We offer you the opportunity to do this.

Students need to become aware of their relationship with a cleaner, healthier environment. The proposed activities aim to empower students and their communities to maintain a natural environment conducive to life. We also want to attract representatives of the local community and support the development of harmonious relations. Therefore, the project responds to the need to know the norms of ecological education, to popularize them as widely as possible, as well as to prevent pollution in the urban environment.
