1. Think about relevant and realistic Social Media Marketing
Goals
Take your time to set them! This is the most important part of the whole process.
These goals should be SMART:
S P E C I F I C
Make sure they are focused and identify a tangible outcome. If they are not specific, they run the
risk of being too vague to achieve. Identify what resources you are going to use to achieve
success.
M E A S U R A B L E
This component answers the questions: How much? , How many?
It will highlight how you will know you achieved your goal.
A T T A I N A B L E
Goals should be challenging, but still achievable. Reflecting on this component can reveal any
potential barriers that you may need to overcome to realize success. Describe the steps you are
planning to take to achieve your goal.
R E L E V A N T
Get real to yourself and ensure what you’re trying to achieve is worthwhile to you. Determine is
this goal is aligned with your values and if it is a priority for you. On this step you will answer to
the question Why? .
T I M E - B O U N D
Every goal needs a target date, something that motivates you to be focused and disciplined. Here
you will answer to When? . It’s important to set a realistic time frame to achieve your goal to
ensure you don’t get distracted and discouraged.

S What do I want to achieve?
More engagement to our posts, with a focus on our Facebook Group: Flipsnack Community.
M How much engagement do I want to get?
A minimum of 5 comments on every post we`ll have this week.
A Is a minimum of 5 comments on every post attainable?
Yes, if the posts are engaging enough, we post consistently and we keep adding new Flipsnack
fans to the group.
R Why do we need more engagement on our Facebook Group?
We want to build a community of people who trust us and who come to us for help and
inspiration. This is a great way to engage with the community and to learn more about their
experiences with our app. We can grow a lot from listening to their stories and it`s completely
free.
T When do I want to achieve this goal?
Growing the engagement is an all-time goal, but getting at least 5 people to comment on our
posts in order to activate the group should be something achievable till Sunday, July 10.
