BUYER: I don’t drink coffee so water would be just fine.

BUYER: Yes, of course. I wish this too.
SELLER: We should start by looking at the company situation.
BUYER: I total agree

SELLER: I understand what you want. I want the agency to have her own busses whit wich to organize different excursion.

BUYER: Can I just ask you about your requirements?
SELLE: Yes, of course, but we don’t have any requirements. We only have to talk about the problem that involved this selling.
BUYER: Ok then.

SELLER: If you want, I could help you in the future, showing you how to manage a agency company
BUYER: Yes, of course. Why not? Eny help would be ok.
SELLER: Than I count on your help.
